1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and 9klub ("Platform", "we", "company"). This Agreement governs the use of the 9klub website, mobile application, software and all services provided by the platform.

By accessing this website, registering an account, or using any 9klub services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

1.2 Amendments to Terms

9klub reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to players via notifications on the website or by email. The effective date of the latest terms will be displayed at the top of this document.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at any time. This covers one account per individual, email address, mobile number, IP address and device.

Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or closure of all accounts involved, along with forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses without prior notice.

2.3 Identity Verification

9klub reserves the right to require players to verify their identity at any stage, including during registration, when submitting a withdrawal request, or when there is unusual activity on an account.

Documents that may be required include a copy of an identity card (MyKad), proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time period may result in a temporary account suspension.

2.4 Account Security and Password

Players are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details, including username and password. You must ensure that the password used is strong and not shared with anyone.

Before any funds from the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, players are required to meet a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received. The original deposit amount is not subject to this wagering requirement.

4.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

The 9klub VIP programme consists of four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — with weekly cashback benefits that increase by tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades depend on the player's activity level and loyalty to the platform. Cashback is credited periodically according to the specified terms and does not require any additional wagering requirements.

4.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a specified validity period. Bonuses that are unused or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within that period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Players are advised to check the specific terms for each promotion before accepting it.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

Players are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the 9klub platform:

• Registering more than one account for any purpose.
• Using automation software or tools (bots) to play or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the game system.
• Unlawfully combining bets to exploit a mathematical advantage over the platform.
• Processing third-party payments through your account at another person's request.
• Spreading false or misleading information about 9klub to other users.
• Conducting any form of money laundering through the platform.

5.2 Account Closure and Suspension

9klub reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account, with or without prior notice, if the player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

In cases of proven fraud or illegal activity, 9klub reserves the right to withhold all funds in the relevant account and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Players whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to any compensation.
